For the past months, I have been quietly debating with myself what this blog should be about and I've finally come to a decision - this is going to be my travel journal for 2010...or maybe for several more years in the future depending on how adventurous I choose to become and how I can diligently continue writing (fingers crossed).
My current work allows me to travel to different places within the country and I thought why not document them and share them with whoever cares to read my blog...or with those who have the passion to discover more than where they stand on at the moment.
Why did I choose Sit Steady Sam for a title? Well, to be honest, I just like the sound of it but then I realized, it could also be a phrase you tell someone who is about to experience an adventure...sit steady and enjoy the ride...sort of. So here I go...
For those of you who will have the time and interest to read what I've written, I hope you will also be encouraged to travel and see more of the world. After all, its been created for us not just to be a place to live in, but also a place to discover. So wonder and wander all you want and hope you see not only its beauty but its meaning as well.
